IN-PERSON COACHING

When time is short or the situation is sensitive, individual In-Person Coaching is the ideal, most efficient way to sharpen your skills and become a more engaging, commanding and persuasive communicator. In-Person Coaching greatly enhances your ability to:

Share your vision with a Board
Sell the value of your company to Wall Street
Inspire employees at company meetings
Make an impact speaking at industry forums, and/or
Sell business to major accounts

Here’s how we work together when we meet:

FIRST, we determine your personal and business goals for the meeting or
presentation. For example, you may want to ensure your message is getting
across as clearly as possible; or, want to strengthen delivery skills; or handle
questions more authoritatively; etc.

SECOND, with your permission, I interview colleagues who have seen you
present, review your proposed presentation in advance, if available, and/or
view any of your existing video presentations.

THIRD, in our session, we ensure that your goals are matched by the
Organization, Content (including visuals) and Delivery of your presentation
so that they work together to your best advantage and personal style.
Videotaping and review are an important part of the process.

Note: Similar high level training can be done for small groups of your key
senior executives.
